Job Purpose
Perform basic CNC related setup, work holding, machining and validation in accordance with travelers and work instructions.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Perform necessary set up and fixturing for CNC machining operations.
- Review and execute NC programs in accordance with production documents.
- Execute process validation.
- Support equipment, and machinery maintenance activities.
- Adhere to all documentation including travelers, build manuals, red books, work instructions, quality procedures, inspection sheets, setup sheets and drawings as applicable to the work being performed.
- Examine and analyze blueprints, sketches, and computer-related files.
- Set up and operate computer numerically controlled (CNC) tools.
- Perform in-process validation.
- Produce products to specifications.

Job Purpose
Logistics/Shipping and Receiving Duties. Support production, Support and follow procedures of Purchasing/Logistics/Inventory Control Team. Continuous cross training in the department for back up. Maintain Company vehicles in good working condition; secure cargo and comply with all safety regulations in order to transport company and customer property in the safest manner possible. Analyze and develop logistics plans by coordination with production and Inventory Control Specialist the daily delivery and pick up schedule and contribute to the achievement of the Quality Objectives.
Duties and responsibilities
• Daily Shipping and Receiving/Logistics
• Must review and understand project plans/sales orders to discern shipping date and method. Communicate with Customers professionally and courteously regarding deliveries and pickups.
• Work with QC to insure all proper paperwork accompanies shipments
• Work with QC to insure incoming parts are inspected when specified
• Insure all paper work is received/scanned/distributed to proper departments upon receipt of goods.
• Communicate effectively with the Purchasing Manager/Inventory Control Coordinator to schedule daily deliveries and pickups.
• Maintain vehicles in good working condition, fueled and ready for the daily pickups and deliveries
• Inform Purchasing manager of any vehicle problems. Adhere to all traffic laws
• Load and unload delivery truck in the safest manner/Forklift may be necessary
• Light maintenance duties performed as necessary throughout the shop and warehouse
• Assist with inventory records, distribution of inventory to production and maintain accurate inventory records
• The ability to generate purchase orders for outside processing and other goods or services correctly
• Track all outside process orders and relay to necessary department’s delivery updates as needed.
• Keep work station clean and organized and work with little supervision.
Qualifications
• High school diploma or equivalent (GED) preferred.
• Valid Texas Driver’s License with Good Driving Record
• 3-5 years of Shipping and Receiving/Logistics or high level of coordination experience
• Minimum 2 years administrative office support experience.

• Following diagrams, sketches, operations manuals, manufacturer’s instructions, and engineering specifications as well as troubleshooting and resolving malfunctions;
• Performs other related duties and assignments as required.

The manufacturing engineer will plan, design, set up, modify, optimize, and monitor manufacturing processes in accordance with build plans. They will be specialized in one major technical area of the overall production process and support all technical aspects within that specialty, while at the same time be knowledgeable in and able to contribute to other manufacturing specialties and contribute to the achievement of the Quality Objectives.
Duties and Responsibilities
• Develop NC Programs using CAM software
• Define and optimize processes relating to all aspects of CNC and traditional machining
• Draft process sequence documentation with respect to machining to effectively communicate intentions to production staff and technicians.
• Develop and draft work instructions to standardize processes related to all aspects of machining.
• Assist with internal audits
• Identify process deficiencies and implement improvements to production, methods, and controls.
• Effectively communicate and solve problems with production and engineering staff.
Qualifications
EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENT AND EXPERIENCE:
• B.S. in Mechanical, Electrical or Industrial Engineering preferred.
• 3-5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably in either the aerospace or composites industry
• A background in composite manufacturing or repair preferred composite processing;

Job Purpose
To perform visual and dimensional inspections on incoming, in-process, and finished products to ensure conformance to drawings and specifications and contribute to the achievement of the Quality Objectives.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Perform visual/dimensional inspections for in-process and final inspections as required
- Perform inspection and testing of parts and tooling for compliance with drawings and/or other specifications
- Prepare FAI documentation and complete inspection reports & travelers for all inspections
- Performs incoming receiving inspection by measurement, visual, and/or confirming certification documents from vendors for conformance to requirements
- Prepare Quality documentation, Certificate of Conformances, and Material Certs
- Perform calibration of internal measuring equipment per the calibration log
- Scan travelers and other required documents and records
- Communicate and support both Engineering and Production with in-process work
- Review and buy off special processes (cure cycles)
Qualifications
EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENT AND EXPERIENCE:

- 5 years of composite manufacturing or INSPECTION experience
- Experience working in an ISO 9001/AS9100 Quality System
